A free 16-week programme for agents
The theory that built the world's biggest brands, translated into sector-specific insight and the actions you can take back to your business this week. Sixteen weeks. One video a day on WhatsApp. Nothing to buy.
Why this exists
You can read a room, price a property to the pound, and talk a nervous seller off the ledge before the second viewing. That's the job, and you're good at it. Marketing is a different skill, and most agents are left to work it out alone, between valuations, with whatever time is left at the end of the day.
This course closes that gap. Sixteen weeks of the marketing theory that shaped the biggest brands in the world, from Seth Godin to Simon Sinek to Robert Cialdini, rebuilt week by week into something you can actually use: what to post, what to say, and what to do differently before your next valuation.
It's free because agents made my career before I ever tried to build anything of my own, and this is my way of putting something back, with no card details and no small print.
Why this is different
Most marketing education aimed at agents comes in two forms: a one-day workshop that costs several thousand pounds and ends the moment you leave the room, or a thirty-second clip on LinkedIn that sounds useful and gives you nothing you can actually use on Monday morning. This is neither. Sixteen weeks, one idea at a time, with a direct line back to me if something doesn't land. At no point in any of it am I selling you anything.
A hotel conference room, a slide deck, and nobody to ask when you get back to your desk and it's not working.
Sounds sharp, feels useful, gives you nothing you can actually put into practice by the time you've finished scrolling.
The theory, the application, and a direct line to ask questions, spread across four months so it actually sticks. Free, with nothing to buy at the end of it.
How it works
A 30-minute video sent directly to your phone every week for 16 weeks. Watch it whenever your week allows.
WhatsApp Broadcast means you can reply to me privately. Ask questions, bounce ideas, get clarity. Nobody else on the course sees it.
Sixteen weeks, thirty minutes each. Built to fit around a business you're already running, not compete with it.
No fee, no upsell hidden in week three, no catch. Just the course.
The curriculum
Every module takes one piece of seminal marketing theory and rebuilds it as a sector-specific lesson, with a concrete action to take into your business the same week.
Stop competing for the same nine listings on the same three portals. Find the part of your local market nobody else is fighting for, and make it yours.
Ordinary gets ignored. Build the one thing about your agency that's genuinely worth a client mentioning to a neighbour, unprompted.
Every agent says they'll get the best price. Find the real reason you do this job, and use it to win instructions on more than price alone.
Most agents only show up when they want an instruction. Learn the rhythm of giving useful, local, valuable content before you ever ask for the sale.
An advert stops working the day you stop paying for it. Build a body of content that keeps bringing you sellers long after you've published it.
When someone in your patch thinks "agent," you want your name to be the one that comes to mind first. Learn how to own that single word in your area.
Six proven triggers sit behind every decision a seller makes about who lists their home. Use them honestly, and watch your conversion rate move.
Being remembered matters more than being loved. Build the presence that makes you the obvious, easy choice the moment someone decides to sell.
Stop making your agency the hero of your marketing. Make the seller the hero, and position yourself as the guide who gets them to the result they want.
A database you own beats a following you rent from a platform. Learn how to build a list of people who actually want to hear from you.
The people who already trust you are not the same people you still need to win over. Learn the different message each group needs to hear.
Some listings and some posts get shared. Most don't. Learn the six reasons people pass things on, and start building content designed to travel.
If a prospective seller can't explain what makes you different in one sentence, neither can they. Sharpen your positioning until it's impossible to confuse you with the agent down the road.
Chasing this month's leads and building next year's business are two different jobs. Learn the balance that keeps your pipeline full without starting from zero every January.
Logic tells you what should work. Human behaviour tells you what actually does. Learn why the illogical idea often outperforms the obvious one.
The agency that sounds like a person wins over the agency that sounds like a brochure. Finish the course with the tools to write copy people actually want to read.

Why listen to me
A decade in estate agency marketing, working across brand, digital and performance marketing at corporate scale, and 1-2-1 with agency owners and branch managers building their own marketing from scratch. I've seen what works across hundreds of branches, and what works for one.
When Renters' Rights, anti-money laundering checks and Material Information requirements landed on the industry, I was in the room working out what it meant for the business, the branch and the customer, and how marketing had to change to keep working within the rules rather than around them. This course is that experience, handed to you directly.
I know how agents get found before their competitor does, including how AI tools now answer "who's the best agent near me." I know how the right email and CRM setup keeps a lead warm for months without anyone lifting a finger. Sixteen weeks of it, free, with no sales pitch attached.
