How this site uses your details
This site collects only the details you type into its forms. They are used to show your result, to reply to you, and to send you marketing only if you ask for it.

What we collect
- The quiz: your name, email address, agency, role, the area you cover, your phone number if you give it, your answers and your score.
- The Marketing Degree: your name, agency and WhatsApp number.
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
How we use it, and why
- To show your quiz result and to follow up on it if that would help you. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who use our tools.
- To send you marketing emails, only if you tick the box to say you want them. The lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To deliver the Marketing Degree to you on WhatsApp, because you signed up for it.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and in House of Marque's customer relationship system. We never sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case our client privacy terms apply.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing hello@houseofmarque.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
